At Percy, we're building new ways to help people find permanent employment at some of the best companies in the Omaha, NE area. We're currently looking for a Senior Home Sales Agent to join a well-established company in the property management industry.

The company offers a friendly culture, growth opportunities, and outstanding benefits. Candidates should be comfortable driving the entire sales process from lead generation to move in. If you have previous sales experience and are looking for an opportunity where you can use your skills to help people and their communities, this opportunity could be a great fit.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Market, sell, and rent homes to achieve business plans.

  • Proactively generate and manage leads, maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

  • Cultivate resident satisfaction, ensuring successful move-in follow-ups and generating referral sales.

  • Collaborate with the team to develop community sales and marketing plans, attending regular strategy meetings.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1+ years of of car, insurance, B2B, or independent contractor/ 1099 sales experience

  • Proven track record of success in meeting/exceeding sales quotas.

  • Active drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle
