Job Title: Brazer
Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8–12-hour shifts

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a Brazer for a client in Phoenix, Arizona. The client manufactures custom heat exchanger coils, fluid coolers, and remote air-cooled condensers for OEM and replacement markets.

Responsibilities:

• Perform brazing operations to join metal components.
• Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Assemble components with specialized metals, ensuring high quality and precision.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure brazing meets industry standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Brazer in a manufacturing or metalworking environment.
• Must pass a brazer test.
• Proficient in brazing techniques and processes.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges.
• Strong communication skills and precise instruction-following ability.
