We are looking for a motivated clinician who wants to gain leadership experience. You should enjoy teaching, leading, and treating patients.
About Us: We are a family-owned company, based out of Appleton and serving 20 counties in central east WI. We partner with several SNFs to provide therapy services. In addition, our home health team is comprised of Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. We believe flexibility is important to the success of our employees. You are a PT/PTA who:
- Holds a current License/certification in Wisconsin
- Wants to lead a team of compassionate clinicians
- Wants to use this opportunity to advance their leadership experience within PRN
- Values building connections with their patients.
- Has great written and oral communication
Job Duties Include:
- Act as liaison for assigned facility and assist with collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Provide ongoing facility updates to PRN team regarding staff/patient concerns, facility status, compliance updates, facility changes, facility conflicts or complaints, equipment needs, staffing, etc.
- Participates in the orientation and onboarding of clinicians, including procedures, competencies, documentation, and patient treatment.
- Coach/mentor clinicians to improve patient care, treatment strategies, documentation, time management/productivity, etc.
- Provide Physical Therapy treatments to patients according to treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
- Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team to identify and assist with obtaining patient specific DME including mobility aides, wheelchairs, cushions, orthotics, and adaptive equipment.
