4 DAY WORK WEEK Weekly Patient Hours: MON-THURS 8am-5pm, FRIDAY 8am-2:30pm (every other Thurs/every other Fri)
Paid Vacation & Sick after a year
Free Dental Care
Bonus System in place after 8 months of employment
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations
Fill schedule for providers and coordinate patient flow
Welcome and discharge patients in a warm, professional and friendly manner
Manage practice revenue cycle and associated insurance claims
Input insurance payments accurately and efficiently
Manage patient financial accounts
Treatment Planning- explaining insurance benefits and financial obligations to patients
Provide information and education to patients regarding their treatment
Oversee patient relations and handle patient complaints
Help explain office policies to patients
Manage compliance with OSHA, state and federal regulations
Assign, direct and manage staff duties as assigned
Determine staff schedules and find temp coverage as needed
Manage the hiring and ongoing performance of staff
Onboarding and training of new staff
Coordinate and conduct team meetings
Engage in conflict resolution
Other duties as assigned
Candidate must have three years of experience managing a Dental Office and be well-versed in dental coding and procedures. Patterson Eaglesoft experience is a plus.
