You will have the opportunity to provide the Southern IL community with amazing solutions to a variety of needs. You will be able to GENUINELY help others while also being able to set the pace of how fast you can grow within our company. One expectation of our team members is not only to grow within our company but also to grow personally as well. To help with this we provide our team with a library of books, consistent self-development meetings, networking opportunities, accountability and team environment, and a couple of friendly dogs in the office As we continue to hit our goal of growing by 100 percent yearly, our main focus is maintaining the culture of a family environment that makes us love coming into work everyday.

Job Responsibilities: How You’ll Make an Impact
Meet with Customers Fact-to-Face - Engaging in the old school style of marketing and sales, showing up with a smile and genuine desire to help
Acquire New Customer Accounts - Oversee and help our clients develop and grow through the new customers brought in
Presentations to Customers- Focus on the solutions the client brings to the customers
Customer Relationship Management - Use our client tracking system to maximize the effectiveness; ensuring the best results for customers even after the first interaction
Be a Leader - Being a leader is 24/7, it is a verb, not a noun. Overseeing a small team
Familiarize with the product - Understand how we are providing a solution for the customer, even after the pandemic
Product development - Use your creativity to help us better our product and continue to reach more customers
Self-Development - Continuous desire and drive to improve oneself
