Job DescriptionJob Description

TSG is working with a leading automation and robotics company in Reno Nevada. We are expanding their D365 Finance & Operations Center of Excellence to provide Level II support for various business units including Sales and Customer Service, Procurement, R&D and Manufacturing Engineering, and the Service Department. 

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support the D365 solution for specified business units.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to document changes, create Functional Design Documents, develop test data, conduct tests, and assist in user instruction development.
- Analyze system performance to identify inefficiencies.
- Manage and configure specific programs and modules:
 - D365 product settings
 - Process Weaver / Xcarrier logistics integration
 - D365 Workflow (e.g., purchase requisition approvals)
 - BlueStar engineering change management
 - Data Masons EDI integration (secondary support)

Qualifications:
- Understanding of standard business practices (Procure to Pay, Order entry to cash receipt).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Critical thinking and data analysis skills.

Education/Experience:
- BS in Computer Information Systems or relevant business area, or proven functional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with D365 Finance and Operations ERP.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Teams).

Preferred Experience:
- Experience with D365 Retail and Commerce modules.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service/Sales/Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate, PMP).
