Job Title: IT admin profile ( onsite position )
Location: Hartford, CT location. 

Requirement: Immediate

Responsibilities

• Initial Point of Contact: Acting as the first line of support for end-users facing technical issues1.
• Basic Troubleshooting: Handling common queries and resolving straightforward issues such as password resets, software installations, and general hardware  troubleshooting.
• Answering Inquiries: Responding to user inquiries through various channels like phone, email, or chat
• Ticket Routing: Appropriately categorizing and escalating more complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
• Ensuring Smooth IT Operations: Aiding in the smooth operation of an organization’s IT environment

Skill Needed

• Technical Proficiency: A strong foundation in IT principles, proficiency in various operating systems ( windows , Mac iOS) , hardware, and software systems
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills to ensure user satisfaction and handle inquiries professionally.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
• Experience In: Knowledge of hardware, imaging ,  networks (LAN, WLAN), Video Conferencing,  patch management, SCCM,AV, necessary

Education: 
Bachelor's degree in information Technology or related field or equivalent experience required.
