At Percy, we're building new ways to help people find permanent employment at some of the best companies in the Iowa City, IA area. We're currently looking for a Senior Home Sales Agent to join a well-established company in the property management industry.

The company offers a friendly culture, growth opportunities, and outstanding benefits. Candidates should be comfortable driving the entire sales process from lead generation to move in. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Market, sell, and rent homes to achieve business plans.

  • Proactively generate and manage leads, maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

  • Cultivate resident satisfaction, ensuring successful move-in follow-ups and generating referral sales.

  • Collaborate with the team to develop community sales and marketing plans, attending regular strategy meetings.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1+ years of of car, insurance, B2B, or independent contractor/ 1099 sales experience

  • Proven track record of success in meeting/exceeding sales quotas.

  • Active drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle
