Indianapolis, IN

Contract – starting early to mid June – 12 months w. possible extension

  • Pay range is $35 - $40 hourly – 40 hour work week – 5 days onsite
  • Shift: 8am - 4:30pm
  • All roles require background check and drug screen
  • Must be authorized to work in the US

Responsible for a specific segment of a capital project and/or contracted site support execution at a plant site. Networks and interacts with project teams including site operations, site maintenance leaders, design engineers, craft specialists, engineering consultants, engineering contractors, and construction and support contractors. Accountable for construction operations and is responsible for developing and implementing construction-related solutions.

• Any specific skills, requirements or experience you want in a candidate: Construction Management (2-5 yrs); Scheduling experience, MS Office

• Facility & Real Estate Group
• Reason for opening: abundance of projects that need to be completed in next 4-5 years. This role is anticipated to improve construction efficiency and oversight of the contractors
• Specific Project: Renovating all of the office spaces at Indianapolis campus through 2028
• Upcoming projects: Roofing, paving/asphalts, HVAC, chillers & boilers, etc
• Tasks: Answer construction questions, monitor workers, assist PMs with auditing invoices & POs
• Will have list of daily projects to audits and work with PMs to ensure everything stays on track
• Must be onsite daily M-F for 40 hours
• Experience: Construction related field or Supervisory (exp. and knowledge of framing, roofing, mechanical, installation, etc)
• Education: No specific requirements. Associates nice but experience would be considered over degree.
• Background: Plant Manager & Operations, manufacturing, building office & commercial spaces
