Position: Baker / Decorator

Hours: 20-25/week with OT opportunities

Skillset:

· Working knowledge of a rack oven, dough sheeter, stand mixer & general kitchen utensils

· Experience building / filling cakes and decorating to order

· Experience baking & decorating cut out cookies to order

· Proofing/baking/finishing coffee cakes

· Experience making muffins, eclairs, Napoleon, Cream Puffs and Lezza Italian pastries

· Perform the morning bake prior to daily store opening

· Work with customers placing a custom cake order

· Understand and track store product needs
