Insulation Salesperson

We are currently seeking to hire an Insulation Salesperson to join our team You will be responsible for inside residential and commercial sales to drive company revenue. We expect our salesperson to start each day at the office coordinating and reviewing the work with the installation crews. The remainder of the work day is devoted to sales calls, preparing estimates, and following up with current and potential customers.

Responsibilities:

• No cold sales calls. Every sales call is passed on by office staff.
• Coordinate with office the daily site visits.
• Enter data in CRM to create estimates.
• Track results and maintain communication with customers.
• Report on individual performance
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
• Build and form new referral partnerships with clients
• Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field is REQUIRED
• Construction knowledge and/or experience is preferable
• Ability to read blueprints is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients

Compensation:

A specific compensation package will be determined with the candidate hired. Please understand the pay range listed is a starting point for negotiating the final compensation package.
