EMC SERVICES, INC.

Concrete/Carpenter Foreman

We are looking for a concrete/carpenter foreman with at least 6 years supervisory who has overseen a crew of 5‐10. Must be able to read blueprints.

Ability to construct building foundations, equipment foundations/pits and paving is a must.  Experience with metal (Symons or similar) and wood forms is required.  May supervise operation of all or some of the follow types of equipment:  backhoe, skid steers, man lift, etc.  Responsible for field level implementation of health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines as instructed.

Additional Qualifications

Must have a proven track record of completing work on‐time & on budget.  Must demonstrate leadership skills to effectively train and mentor others.  Excellent verbal and written skills is required

Ability to work in a quickly changing team environment is required

***Competitive wage & benefit package.

***Monthly vehicle allowance.  Candidates MUST HAVE a personal truck that is capable of pulling a 14'  lowboy work trailer to jobsites.

Pay rate:  $32.00/hr to $35.00/hr
