Our team is seeking a talented Senior Operations Manager with a dedicated team orientation, a love of delicious food, and a commitment to excellent service. This role must be committed to supporting an inclusive, innovative, and collaborative culture that begins with treating one another with kindness & respect. The Sr Operations Manager will help drive restaurant operations & will show a genuine desire for making others happy, managing projects, and actively sharing feedback. This is the perfect role for someone who can work in a demanding environment while still managing daily tasks.

 

Your Role With Us:

• Responsible for the overall fiscal health of the company with a revenue of over 30 million yearly.

• Responsible for the physical plant ensuring the oversight of all maintenance repairs in a timely fashion.

• Develop & implement strategies to achieve revenue & profitability targets.

• Oversee inventory management, ordering, cost control (P&Ls) Work with Operations on executing and forecasting.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment adhering to health & safety regulations; Enforce and maintain all labor laws and practices; Oversee and ensure that all company systems and policies are maintained.

• Responsible for the development and education of the entire management team (10+ managers)

• Upholding company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of our guests and staff; Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies as well as city & state regulations.

• Direct all hiring and training for the front of house team, Conduct employee evaluations, as necessary.

• Train values and maintain the integrity of the restaurant and operations culture.

• Continuously assess and improve operational efficiency & guest experience.
