The Counter Sales Representatives’ are mainly responsible for providing excellent customer service and developing a strong relationship with our customer base. This is done by understanding the customer’s needs and matching our products and services to meet those needs. In addition, our Customer Service Representatives will be required to fulfill all responsibilities assigned by the Branch Manager including warehouse & delivery activities, merchandizing, housekeeping, and promoting/selling our products to our customers. Trible’s, Inc. is a leading wholesaler to the Retail Market, Property Management, Dealers, and Servicers in need of our vast parts and equipment product lines. Trible’s, Inc. is a distributor of:
· Appliances, Appliance Parts and Accessories,
· Heating and Air Conditioning Equipment, Parts, and Supplies
· Kitchen and Bath Products, Equipment, and Supplies
· Plumbing and Electrical Supplies
· Maintenance and Seasonal Supplies
The Counter Sales Representatives are vital members of our organization and we expect our representatives to be accurate, accountable, enthusiastic, and a team player with great integrity, ethics, and passion. This position requires exercising independent judgment, self- motivation, and discipline. We expect our Counter Sales Representatives to possess a strong desire to learn and present a professional image to our customers and community. This individual must possess solid telephone and communication skills and be able to relate to a wide variety of personalities.
Basic Responsibilities:
· Greet our customers either over the phone or in person in a professional manner according to our standards and policies.
· Promote and sell our products and services to meet our customer’s needs.
· Identify opportunities for add-on sales and/or upselling.
· Continuously update our customers and prospects (both in person and through proactive telephone contacts) on new product offerings that will fulfill their needs.
· Process the customer’s orders and returns accurately and efficiently including payments and refunds.
· Maintain an accurate record of all customer quotes and inquiries.
· Process incoming freight including receiving parts and equipment, stocking, picking, and shipping customer’s orders.
· Follow up with our customer’s backorders to ensure timely delivery.
· Understand and adhere to our vendor policies and warranty procedures.
· Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
· Assist the Branch Manager with maintaining clean and full displays of our showroom products.
· Perform routine housekeeping assignments.
· Generate new customer accounts utilizing networking, referrals, and prospecting.
