Estate Planning / Estate Administration Paralegal
White & Allen, an established, team-oriented law firm is seeking an Estate Planning/Estate Administration Paralegal to join our team. We are looking for a positive individual who enjoys helping people, regularly demonstrates initiative, and can work well under pressure while meeting deadlines. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. - 5:15 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The ideal candidate will be deadline-oriented with strong attention to detail. Responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling client appointments and managing supervising attorney’s calendar
  • Drafting/proofing/revising essential estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney and healthcare directives
  • Communicating with clients, estate executors/administrators and others on a consistent basis
  • Monitoring filing deadlines and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely fashion
  • Drafting and completing corporate minutes
  • Other duties that may not be listed but are in line with this position

Requirements include:

  • 2-year paralegal degree or 4-year college degree
  • Notary Public certification or the ability to become certified
