Hours: 8 hr shift between 6:30am-6pm, M-F
Temp to hire with a Hybrid Work Schedule
Training – Mon-Thur in office/ Friday at Home (8-10 weeks paid)
After Training- Tues-Thur in Office/ Monday and Friday at home
No weekend or evening work required
Chat based support.
Must have reliable internet.
What will you be doing?
- Work with new clients and get them comfortable using products and services
- Assist existing clients with technical questions or additions/subtractions of payroll needs.
- Multitask and communicate- work on multiple time-sensitive projects at once; clearly and concisely communicate with internal and external partners
- Use Microsoft Office Suite/ Teams chat function
Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED
- Fast paced, Customer Service work background
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats at once
