Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Podiatrist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for podiatry, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, to deliver comprehensive foot and ankle care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat a wide range of foot and ankle conditions, including fractures, sprains, bunions, heel pain, diabetic foot care, and other podiatric disorders.
• Perform minor and complex surgical procedures as needed.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, utilizing both conservative and surgical approaches.
• Educate patients on foot and ankle health, preventative care, and post-treatment recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Participate in continuing education and stay current with advancements in podiatric medicine.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited podiatric medical school.
• Completed residency program in podiatric medicine and surgery.
• Board certification or eligibility in podiatric medicine and surgery.
• Active state license to practice podiatry.
• Strong clinical skills with experience in both surgical and non-surgical treatment of foot and ankle conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and a positive patient experience.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position with flexible hours.
• Work may involve standing for extended periods and assisting patients with mobility.
