Aegis Worldwide is partnered with a global and rapidly growing manufacturer who is seeking a 1st shift Maintenance Planner / Supervisor in their Janesville, WI location. This individual will be a part of a company that has highly unique manufacturing processes and the ability to make an impact on many levels within the company

Responsibilities:

  • 60% on plant floor, 40% in office
  • Lead/plan/schedule/coordinate/manage all maintenance activities
  • Ensure efficient operation of equipment, implement PM programs, coordinate inspections/upgrades, etc.
  • Overseeing a team of 15

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in supervision role within manufacturing environment
  • Experience with strategic planning side of maintenance
  • Machine Shop experience (CNC equipment)
