Overview: - This position exhibits a rare golden opportunity for a formidable candidate to display their talent and grow with a regal company.

The MV / DC Trench Foreman will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of MV or DC cable on a solar / wind farm environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starting leader, excel in the expertise of planning and arranging the crew’s tasks, express the importance of safety and quality while portraying this to the crew, must showcase the ability of guidance and training when it is necessary.

Requirements:

• Reading and understanding of site blueprints, diagrams and plans.
• Exceptional critical thinking skills.
• Accurately fill out and understand quality documents daily.
• Understanding and operation of heavy equipment when necessary.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Constant, clear communication with management to ensure proper execution of tasks.
• Possess the ability to multi-task efficiently.
• Adhere to all company policies and regulations.
• Maintenance and cleaning of company vehicles / equipment.
• Complete required safety training as needed.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Availability to work at different job sites and travel if needed.
• Working outdoors in the sun and at times, dusty, wet and muddy conditions.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Adherence to OSHA standards, ensuring that the crew does so as well.
• Valid driver's license.

Qualifications:

• Previous foreman experience in a construction environment is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28-30/hour with $100/day per-diem

Expected hours: 40-60 with weekly overtime.
