We are seeking to add a Data Entry Clerk to our team You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping in a warehouse environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Enter variety of data using current technology
  • Data Entry.  Responsible for organizing and entering data received from QA inspection
    or daily production into the appropriate file or spreadsheet format.  May also be tasked
    to review and correct and/or compare previously entered data.Helps with the creation of SOP's, SIP's and/or work orders
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry
  • Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
  • Review and enter data updates in the systems
  • Review discrepancies in data received
  • Advise supervisor of issues related to data

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in data entry or other related fields, preferably in a warehouse environment
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Willingness to work in a non- climate controlled, warehouse environment
