Our hospice is looking for outstanding CNAs, or LNAs to join our team. $$ Sign on bonus.

Looking for Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Perform personal care needs as assigned
• Meet safety needs of patient and using equipment safely and properly
• Giving personal care, including baths, back rubs, oral hygiene, shampoos and changing bed linen as often as assigned.
• Assisting in dressing and undressing patients as assigned
• Providing proper care and observation of patient’s skin to prevent breakdown of tissue
• Assessing and reporting on patient’s condition and significant changes to the Case Manager.
• Keeping patient’s living area clean and orderly, as assigned
• Adhering to the organization’s documentation and care procedures and standards of personal and professional conduct.
• Participate in quality assessment performance improvement teams and activities.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
