Embodied Recovery provides PHP, IOP, and OP levels of care for individuals struggling with mental health or addiction. In our holistic approach, we work with experiential, depth, person-centered, transpersonal, inner child work, and IFS among other modes of treatment. We offer small group sizes which are ideal for emotional processing work and building the therapeutic relationships necessary for the personal transformation of the clients we serve. We are dedicated to creating substantive and lasting change in the lives of our clients.
Our 12-week curriculum contains courses that weave ancient wisdom teachings, modern science, sacred texts and embodiment practices that engage the client's whole being so as to create a felt experience of transformation. We have been getting remarkable results. Our groups include Mindful Loving Self, Healing Through Creativity, Inner Child Inner Voice, Empowered Living Teaching Series, Ecotherapy, Graduate Group, and Completion and Closure.

Responsibilities include:
· Facilitating groups
· Providing individual and family therapy
· Completing assessments, documentation, treatment plans, discharge plans, discharge summaries, and utilization reviews
· Collaborating in team meetings
· Practicing Sundo (a Korean, Taoist form of yoga, chi gong, and meditation) with staff and clients daily
· Facilitate drug testing
· Attending staff trainings and workshops
· Supporting with administrative needs
· Attending Marketing opportunities
An ideal candidate:
· Is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
· Has interest and/or experience in 12 step recovery: AA, NA, Al-Anon, ACA, CODA or other 12-step community
· Possesses a strong dedication to personal growth
· Demonstrates effective communication skills
· Has a solid understanding of personal and professional boundaries
· Holds self to a high standard of ethics
· Has experience with, or a willingness to learn the teachings of John Bradshaw, Jon Kabat-Zinn, Charles Whitfield, Pia Mellody, Joseph Campbell, Ekhart Tolle, Don Miguel Ruiz, and Tara Brach.
