Contract Period: October 7, 2024 - January 6, 2025

Schedule: Monday-Friday; Available to work any shift between 7 AM - 7 PM CST

Pay: $20.77

Location: Onsite, Austin, TX

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Enrollment Specialist for a contract role based in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will excel in customer care and satisfaction and will have a solid background in processing enrollment applications within the Healthcare Insurance, Workers Compensation, or Medicaid markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and complete 100% of assigned enrollment applications according to documented work instructions and meet daily quotas.
  • Interact professionally with providers and ancillary staff to address and resolve inquiries and concerns related to provider enrollment and file maintenance for Medicaid programs.
  • Perform data entry for paper applications, validating provider-submitted enrollment information to ensure it meets minimum standards.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred (Business Administration or Healthcare Management emphasis) or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in processing enrollment applications in Healthcare Insurance, Workers Compensation, or Medicaid markets.
  • Strong professional communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with providers and ancillary staff.
  • Must be local to Austin, TX and available to work 100% onsite.

Additional Information:

  • This role is a contract position with a defined start and end date.
  • Must be available for any shift between 7:00a m and 7:00 pm Cst., Monday through Friday.
