Job DescriptionJob DescriptionFull job descriptionPremier Collision Center is looking for a parts associate to join our team The Parts Associate will be responsible for all aspects of the parts department's daily operations. This includes receiving and stocking parts, and assisting with inventory management. The Parts Associate will work closely with the department staff to ensure that the correct parts are available for repairs and that inventory levels are appropriate.
RESPONSIBILITIES:The Parts Associate of Premier Collision is an automotive employee whose day to day will focus on:Receive and stock parts, ensuring that they are stored correctly and accurately recorded in inventory management software- CCC OneAssist with inventory management, including conducting regular inventory checks and identifying and resolving inventory discrepanciesProvide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, including answering questions and providing assistance with selecting the correct parts for repairsAssist with ordering and receiving parts, ensuring that they are received in a timely and accurate mannerKeep the parts department clean and organized, ensuring that parts are easy to locate and accessAssist with maintaining accurate records of parts sales and returnsCommunicate effectively with other department staff to ensure that parts are available for repairs and that inventory levels are appropriateStay current with industry trends and developments in order to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers and staff
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:A valid Driver’s LicenseMaintain a positive driving recordAbility to work in the U.S.Must have 2 years minimum experience in the automotive parts industryKnowledge of CCC parts management is neededAccuracy and timeliness of parts receiving and stockingInventory accuracy and management
