Job Opportunity: Sales Associate / Project Estimator

 

Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Starting Pay: $26+ per hour

Opportunities: Increased pay, bonus incentives, overtime, and advancement

 

Part-Time Option for Students:

We welcome applications from qualified students for a part-time position (20-30 hours per week).

 

Your Responsibilities:

As a Sales Associate / Project Estimator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our operations. Your tasks will include:

 

- Customer and Vendor Relations: Understand and enhance relationships, offering product and service solutions.

- Communication Management: Handle communications, logistics, and overall office operations.

- Proposal Creation: Develop customer proposals and cost estimates.

- Customer Support: Answer inquiries via phone, email, and chat; analyze customer requirements.

- Information Provision: Provide product and service information.

- Research and Analysis: Assist in information research and analysis.

- Order Processing: Process orders and communicate with manufacturers globally.

- Record Management: Manage and coordinate customer records.

- Customer Assistance: Answer questions, confirm orders, and keep customers informed of order status.

- Continuous Learning: Participate in educational opportunities to update job knowledge.

- Business Enhancement: Accept ownership of tasks and explore emerging opportunities.

- Project Management: Handle logistics, correspondence, and file management.

 

Requirements:

To be the right fit for this opportunity, you should have:

 

- Office/Marketing Experience

- Relevant Degree: Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Strong Administrative Skills

- Telecommunications and Digital Media Knowledge

- Excellent Communication Skills: Both written and verbal.

- Reliability and Initiative

- Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple priorities in a changing environment.

- Attention to Detail

- Proposal Management Experience

- Research Proficiency: Strong analytical skills.
