Overview:

Join the dynamic team at Sanctuary Medicinals in Littleton, MA as a Harvester. We're seeking individuals who are passionate about cannabis and dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our production processes.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (No weekends)

1st Shift

$17.25 per hour

Responsibilities:

Harvest cannabis plants with precision.

Trim plants to remove unwanted material.

Meet daily production quotas while ensuring product quality.

Maintain cleanliness of tools and workspace on a daily basis.

Accurately record weights in compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours and perform various tasks.

Capable of lifting up to 50lbs and comfortable with heights up to 30'.

Proficient in repetitive upper extremity motions and forceful grip/pinch movements.

Willingness to wear provided personal protective equipment (PPE).

Must be 21+ years old.

Tolerance for kief in the air.

Agility to maneuver in a manufacturing and warehouse environment, including bending, kneeling, reaching, and stooping.
