Responsibilities:

• Deliver Exceptional Spa Services: Perform a variety of spa treatments with the highest level of expertise, ensuring a memorable and relaxing experience for clients.
• Customer Retention: Build strong and lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service, personalized attention, and a genuine passion for their well-being.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other spa practitioners and staff to create a harmonious and supportive work environment.
• Sales and Upselling: Confidently educate clients on additional services and products, enhancing their overall spa experience and contributing to sales goals.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, continuously improving your skills and knowledge.
• Adherence to Policies: Strictly adhere to spa policies, and protocols, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience as a spa practitioner with a demonstrated track record of excellence.
• Certifications: Hold relevant certifications and licenses required for spa services in Florida.
• Passion: Genuine passion for the spa and wellness industry, with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere.
• Sales Skills: Comfortable with sales and upselling, contributing to the spa's growth and success.
• Customer Focus: Strong commitment to customer satisfaction, with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
• Driven: Motivated to contribute to the success of a fast-growing spa and take on new challenges.

Pay & Benefits:

• $15/hour base (during the first 90 days with the company)
• Plus 20% gratuity
• Bi-annual pay increase
• Weekend bonus
• Quarterly performance bonuses
