Position: Systems Administrator 

Salary: $60k - $65k

Location: Warner Robins, GA

Hours: 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 P.M. Monday-Friday

 

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Sufficient experience, education, training, and skills to satisfactorily perform the requirements of the tasks below.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software to assist with troubleshooting.
  • Relationship Building
  • Great Customer Service


 Tasks:

  • Deploy various tasks as a system administrator, including software updates, user account management, and ensuring overall IT infrastructure health.
  • Utilize experience with Microsoft Power Apps, SharePoint, and Office 365 to streamline processes and optimize productivity.
  • Apply expertise as a database administrator to update tables for medical systems.
  • Proactively implement security updates, STIGs, and patches to safeguard against vulnerabilities.
  • Create Excel spreadsheets to report scan results for system patching.
  • Apply updates to software residing on all servers and take snapshots of servers before deploying.
  • Contribute to cybersecurity analysis efforts within the organization.
  • Train administrators in software installation and application updates.
  • Deploy code onto test and production web servers for efficient operation.
  • Manage load balancers to ensure system performance and redundancy.
  • Maintain password updates for systems and servers.
  • Update registry entries and group policies as needed.
  • Update and create server certificates for enhanced security.
  • Create and add users to security groups for access to classified systems, files, and folders, and manage access control lists for servers.


Help Desk Analyst Tasks

  • Assist customers with front-end data entry and resolve IT-related issues through exceptional help desk support.
