Title: Lead Carpenter - Commercial Construction

Position Overview:
As a Lead Carpenter in our commercial construction company, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing various construction projects. Key Responsibilities:

2. Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop construction plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to procure materials and resources needed for each project.

3. Carpentry Expertise: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in all aspects of carpentry work, including framing, finishing, cabinetry, and millwork. Utilize your skills to perform complex carpentry tasks and provide guidance to team members as needed.

4. Quality Control: Maintain strict adherence to construction standards, codes, and specifications to ensure the highest level of quality in all carpentry work. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and address any issues promptly.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a carpenter in commercial construction projects.

- Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
