Job DescriptionJob Description
  • Yard maintenance (sweep sidewalks, blow out breezeways, pick up sticks & trash, trim shrubs)
  • Maintain the pool ( remove leaves and debris, maintain chemicals during season, refill water)
  • Flower beds (weeding, planting, mulching, trimming)
  • Gutter maintenance
  • Property lighting (change out parking lot lights and breezeway lights)
  • Maintain clean and organized shop house
  • Will work outside 80% of the time
