CNC Operator

Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Berthoud, CO. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating CNC machinery and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.

First Shift, 4 x 10s

Pay: $20- $23+/ hr (depending on experience)

 

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand product specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer requirements
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Knowledge of SolidWorks or similar software for fabrication design
- Ability to operate press brake machines and welding equipment
- Understanding of logic controllers is a plus
- Experience working in a warehouse setting is beneficial
