Hours: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM, Sunday night – Thursday night (Friday and Saturday off)
Duties:
Cleaning Restrooms: Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met to uphold health and safety regulations.
Cleaning Office: Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace to promote productivity and employee well-being.
Cleaning Outside Facility: Preserving the external environment's cleanliness for a positive first impression and environmental sustainability.
Taking Trash Out: Proper disposal of waste materials to contribute to waste management efforts.
Monitoring Boiler Temperature: Regular checks and notations of boiler temperature to support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives, as highlighted in the Plant Engineering article on boilers' role in improving sustainability and energy efficiency at mushroom farms.
Requirements:
Bilingual (Spanish): Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for effective communication in a diverse workplace
Ability to Work Alone: Comfortable working independently during the graveyard shift, demonstrating self-reliance and initiative in fulfilling job responsibilities.
Detailed Description:
The employee will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, both indoors and outdoors, in accordance with our high standards for hygiene and sanitation. The janitorial team will employ appropriate cleaning techniques and chemicals to ensure optimal cleanliness and safety.
