Role Overview:

Are you ready to embark on a rewarding journey in insurance sales? We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Entry Level Sales Representative. In this role, you'll receive comprehensive training, valuable mentorship, and the opportunity to make a real impact. Work alongside seasoned professionals, hone your skills, and build lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their insurance needs and preferences.

  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

  • Follow up with clients to provide information, address inquiries, and finalize sales.

  • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.

  • Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and sales techniques through ongoing training and self-study.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A strong desire to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment.

  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.

  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Willingness to obtain an insurance license (licensing assistance not provided).
