Appointment Setter

PrideStaff is looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter. The ideal candidate can engage potential clients and increase B2C sales through outbound calling. This is a results-based position that allows you the opportunity to control your level of success. 

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and the sales rep.
• Calling prospective clients using a list of phone numbers provided to you
• Familiarize yourself with essential details of our services.
• Keeping a detailed log of calls, including those that were not answered

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
• Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, cold calling, or a similar client-facing role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for engaging potential clients.
• Ability to manage time effectively and consistently meet or exceed targets.
• Bilingual; English and Spanish is a plus

Must be able to submit to a background check and a drug screen
