Are you a skilled and experienced professional in plumbing or HVAC?

 

Look no further IES Residential (IESR) is seeking to fill the position of Supervisor in plumbing and HVAC. 

 

This person will work directly with the Division Manager and Administrative staff to assist in personnel and asset management, material, labor usage and scheduling. Other duties include training, payroll, safety, continuing education quality control and customer service. 

 

Required Skills:

  • Expert plumbing or HVAC knowledge
  • Minimum of 2 years of management or team lead experience
  • Ability to relate well with employees
  • Superior customer interaction
  • Effective communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Professional demeanor
  • Computer and technology savvy
  • Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Personnel Management
  • Quality assurance
  • Site inspections
  • Integrity tests
  • Various physical activities associated with these tasks 
  • Able to read blueprints and measure walls
  • Ability to relate well with employees
  • Superior customer interaction
  • Some computer skills
