Job DescriptionJob Description
  1. Immediate opening for full-time employee  or subcontractor. QB,  Excel, Word experience. You will be responsible for working with QBooks,  monthly and quarterly financial statements for a wide variety of clients. Will consider either employee or subcontractor status.  Opportunity for some remote work, firm fully in cloud and maintains nice office environment too.

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly and quarterly QBooks financial statements, Accounting CS reports
  • Prepare sales tax and payroll returns as required
  • Responsible for production in write-up department, accurary and timeliness
  • Tax prep a plus, use TR Ultra-tax and related products

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with QB a must, Quick Books Pro Advisor a plus,
  • Accounting CS and Creative Solutions suite a plus
  • CPA firm experience
  • Self motivated
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Tax preparation a plus
  • Reliable transportation necessary
  • Ability to multi-task, communicate
