Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hospital Renovation Project Superintendent to lead and oversee our hospital renovation projects, ensuring successful outcomes in compliance with Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA) and Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) standards. The ideal candidate will combine their construction expertise with healthcare regulations knowledge to manage projects that meet the highest safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and manage hospital renovation projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to AHCA and ICRA standards.
• Collaborate closely with hospital staff, medical professionals, subcontractors, and various project stakeholders to maintain open communication and coordinate efforts.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments, identifying potential challenges related to infection control, patient care disruption, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop comprehensive risk mitigation strategies to safeguard patient safety, project timelines, and budget constraints.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks and changes promptly to ensure project success.
• Implement infection control measures and meticulous attention to detail to prevent contamination and disruptions during renovations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and project updates to ensure transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a project superintendent, specifically in hospital renovations.
• Strong understanding of AHCA and ICRA standards, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively liaise with hospital staff, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in risk management, with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate potential challenges specific to hospital renovation projects.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and project excellence.
