Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Behavior Therapist/RBT to join our team You will be responsible for implementing effective treatment plans to clients in an individual or group setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individual treatment plans
  • Collect data daily on skills programs and behavior reduction frequency
  • Submit daily notes after each session
  • Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with special needs children preferred but not required
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
