Home Infusion Pharmacist OK

RPh on the Go is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Home Infusion Pharmacist for a contract assignment in Oklahoma City, OK. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic home infusion pharmacy setting during day shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense sterile compounded medications for home infusion therapy
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements during compounding and dispensing processes
• Review patient profiles and therapy regimens to ensure appropriate medication therapy
• Provide clinical support and guidance to patients and healthcare providers regarding infusion therapy
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of pharmacy activities

Requirements:

• One year or more of recent sterile compounding experience
• Clear and active Oklahoma pharmacy license
• Strong knowledge of infusion therapy principles and practices
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in compounding procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
