Nauman Inc. is comprised of contracting, HVAC, plumbing, and property management divisions in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. Nauman proudly serves the Poconos, Monroe, Northampton Counties, & throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Performs installation work, in a team environment, on residential and small commercial heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.  
  • Prioritizing customer satisfaction. Take the time to explain new systems to customers and answer any questions they have about their new system. 
  • Timely execution of authorized work with precision. 
  • Documenting detailed accounts of work performed. 
  • Upholding a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures. 
  • Continuously updating job knowledge through participation in educational opportunities.

Requirements: 

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. 
  • High school graduate or equivalent. 
  • 1 year of HVAC Installation experience.
