Overview:

A boutique bankruptcy litigation firm is seeking a temporary Litigation Paralegal / Document Reviewer in the tri-state area for contract work. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience coding and document review in Relativity and Case Dynamics (Fact Manager), have a strong background in litigation support and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. All applicants must submit resume and provide two references.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with case preparation and management
  • Reviewing and summarizing legal documents and contracts
  • Managing document production and discovery processes
  • Organizing and maintaining case files and documentation
  • Assisting in deposition and trial preparation

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in a litigation paralegal role
  • Minimum 1+ years coding and document review in Relativity and Case Dynamics (Fact Manager)
  • Bankruptcy experience preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in document review
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
