Responsibilities:

  • Provide routine individualized care to the persons with disabilities, elderly, understand and respect comprehensive medical care for disabled community
  • Monitor and report changes in patient health status
  • Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
  • Provide specialized healthcare such as administering medication and changing bandage
  • Provide and participate with patient activities / inclusion outing
  • Provide assistance patients to attend therapy

Qualifications:

  • Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields
  • Positive and patient demeanor
