Set up and download HST (home sleep study); Schedule in lab sleep studies.

· Register patient demographics in EHR system.

· Schedule appointments for DME and sleep study.

· Ensure patients have a PA in place prior to the study.

· Maintain DME inventory.

· Manage patient compliance database for CPAP use.

· Ensure patients’ care needs are served in a timely manner.

· Set up of equipment and delivering patient education.

· Accurate and timely charting and documentation

· Facilitating effective claim processing

· Quality communication with patients and their families
