We are seeking a Caregiver to join our team We are a Residential  Care Facility for Chronically Ill. for men and women who have and diagnosis of HIV/AIDS 

The Vista location (12 residents) has part-time shifts from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. There are (2) 4-hour shift on Mondays and Tuesdays. 

The  Escondido location ( 8 residents) ( San Elijo Hills area),  has part-time hours on Sundays from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.  

If available to cover shifts when a staff leaves on Vacation or when we have a call out.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities (most of our residents are independent with minimal assistance)
  • Prepare/ prep  and serve meals ( overnight shift preps meals for the following day)
  • Administer Medications ( no experience needed- will train) 
  • General House cleaning

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in personal care or other related fields
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor 
  • Ability to build rapport with the residents 
  • Must have written and verbal communication skills

Full-time is eligible for Health insurance after 90 days.
