Job DescriptionJob Description

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Boat Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will specialize in rigging boats and configuring a boat to best suit what the customer will be using the boat for and is in line with the manufacturing.  

 

Responsibilities: Rigging boats with the following:

·         Electrical

·         Plumbing

·         Fuel distribution.

·         Mounting components on the deck and console

·         Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of projects.

·         Engine mounting and system troubleshooting

·         Document all services and repairs accurately for billing and warranty purposes.

·         This position involves laying fiberglass and carbon fiber. Vacuum bagging/infusion experience is a plus.

Qualifications:

●       Basic knowledge of tools and the willingness to learn.

●       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

●       Fiberglass experience

●       Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
