Primary Job Duties

  • Prepare project takeoffs with accurate material counts needed to complete jobs and create estimates/proposals using Blue Beam.
  • Communicate with our sales, field, and operation teams to determine specifications for each individual project as well as outlining the scope of work before and during the estimate-project process.
  • Organize documents and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure all details and specifications are correctly included on takeoffs.
  • Our ideal candidate will be educated in siding options and industry products, be able to interpret plans, precisely calculate estimates, and be able meet strict deadlines.
