We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our client's Human Resources Team. This individual will be involved in a broad range of HR responsibilities supporting their manufacturing facility. He/she will work closely with the management team as an independent on-site HR contributor. The HR Generalist will be an integral part of the success of this organization and meeting its goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee and support employee relations, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, benefits administration, compensation administration, personnel records keeping.

Administers benefits to include new hire activity, open enrollment coordination.

Writes policies, and procedures for continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate among multiple functions and levels within the organization.
  • Experience with ADP a plus.
  • Knowledge of current and changing state and federal laws administration practices.
  • Develop and manage HR programs and policies.
  • Able to work effectively with employees at all levels.

EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree

Five (5) years of HR experience in the industrial or manufacturing industry, with at least three years’ experience as HR Generalist, preferred.

Experience with ADP payroll processing and systems, a plus.
