Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Present menus, answer questions, and offer recommendations on menu items and beverages.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring orders are correct and meet our quality standards.
- Monitor guests' dining experience to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for service.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Stay informed about menu changes, daily specials, and restaurant promotions.
