We are a Commercial Builder - High-end Residential Custom Homes

Duties:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and quality control to ensure timely completion and adherence to specifications
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve any design or construction issues
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work in progress and address any issues or concerns
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members
- Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other necessary documentation

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or related field
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, construction estimating, quality control, and project management principles
- Proficiency in using construction software and tools for project scheduling and budgeting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team of workers
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
