Amazing team member wanted Accounting Assistant

Hiring now We are looking for YOU if you want to work with a collaborative and fun team In this position, you will perform a variety of accounting and administrative tasks for a growing company. You will help to keep financial records updated, prepare reports, and reconcile accounts accurately and effectively.

In working with a cross-functional team, job responsibilities include:

  • Preparing Employee/Subcontractor payrolls
  • Process & post daily transactions.
  • Process and maintain A/R & A/P transactions and statements.
  • Manage and compile reports/summaries
  • Sales Tax Reporting

Experience required:

  • 2+ years of accounting experience
  • Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software
  • Hands on experience with spreadsheets.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good organizational & communication skills.
  • Ability to carry out assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week
