Hiring now We are looking for YOU if you want to work with a collaborative and fun team In this position, you will perform a variety of accounting and administrative tasks for a growing company. You will help to keep financial records updated, prepare reports, and reconcile accounts accurately and effectively.
In working with a cross-functional team, job responsibilities include:
- Preparing Employee/Subcontractor payrolls
- Process & post daily transactions.
- Process and maintain A/R & A/P transactions and statements.
- Manage and compile reports/summaries
- Sales Tax Reporting
Experience required:
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software
- Hands on experience with spreadsheets.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organizational & communication skills.
- Ability to carry out assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
